User Agreement Introduction


Our online store welcomes you and informs you that the terms and conditions governing your use of this store are set out below, along with all legal implications arising from your use of the store’s services via this electronic platform.

Any person’s use of the store—whether as a consumer of a service, purchaser of a product, or otherwise—constitutes their acceptance and agreement, while legally competent under Sharia, regulations, and law, to all the terms and provisions of this agreement. It also confirms your commitment to comply with these provisions.

This agreement applies to all types of interactions between the consumer and the store. The agreement becomes valid and enforceable immediately upon your acceptance and registration with the store in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article 1 – Introduction and Definitions

The above introduction forms an integral part of this agreement. The following are definitions of key terms used herein:

  1. Store: Refers to all forms of the store on the internet, including mobile applications, websites, or physical retail outlets.
  2. Consumer: Any person engaging in e-commerce to obtain products or services offered through the store's electronic platform.
  3. Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article 2 – Legal Capacity of the Consumer

  1. The consumer confirms they have the legal capacity to engage with the store or are at least 18 years old.
  2. The consumer bears responsibility for any consequences arising from violation of this condition.

Article 3 – Nature of Obligation

  1. The store’s obligation is to provide the service or product.
  2. The store may offer additional services (e.g., after-sales services) depending on the nature of the product or service.

Article 4 – Usage Rules

  1. The consumer must use the platform in compliance with public morals and laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer must not use purchased products or services in violation of applicable laws or public morals.

Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon registering as a user, you agree to provide specific information and create a username and password. You agree to:

  1. Maintain confidentiality of account details and notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use.
  2. The store is not responsible for any loss resulting from disclosure of account details.
  3. Use your account personally; any third-party use implies your authorization.
  4. Use the platform seriously and honestly.
  5. Provide accurate, complete, up-to-date, and lawful information, and update it when necessary.
  6. The store will treat your personal information with strict confidentiality.
  7. The store may suspend or terminate your account if incorrect or unlawful information is provided, without prejudice to other legal rights.
  8. The store may suspend or cancel membership if these conditions are violated.

Article 6 – Electronic Communications

  1. Communication shall be conducted via the email registered on the platform.
  2. Electronic communications are considered legally equivalent to written communications.
  3. The store may notify consumers via general or targeted electronic messages.

Article 7 – Amendments and Fees

  1. Invalidating any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  2. This agreement may be updated periodically and governs the relationship between the consumer and the store.
  3. The store may impose fees based on services, products, or applicable regulations and taxes.
  4. The store reserves the right to modify fees at any time.

Article 8 – Payment Services

  1. The store provides electronic payment methods through its partners or other available methods.
  2. Prices must reflect market value.
  3. The store must issue invoices and receipts for all transactions.
  4. The store must comply with standard accounting practices.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to the store.
  2. The consumer must respect the store’s intellectual property, including its name, logos, and trademarks.

Article 10 – Store Responsibilities

  1. The store operates in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations.
  2. The store is not liable for claims arising from errors or negligence by consumers or third parties (e.g., shipping companies).
  3. The store ensures that products/services are lawful and approved under Saudi regulations.

Article 11 – Access Restriction

The store may suspend or terminate access or membership at any time without prior notice and for any reason.

Article 12 – Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 13 – General Provisions

Invalidating any clause does not affect other provisions.

This agreement constitutes the full understanding between the store and the consumer. Both parties agree to the following:

  1. Arabic is the governing language for interpretation.
  2. Prices may change at any time.
  3. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or canceled.
  4. Both parties must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. The agreement can only be terminated by a decision from the store management.
